Our Story
Incertive was born from firsthand experience with the gap between planning and reality. Founder Curt Moore spent years as a Solutions Architect working with product, engineering, and implementation teams across dozens of software launches. A consistent pattern emerged: kick-off calls would set expectations, but the implementation plans would shift as real-world uncertainties surfaced - vendor delays, scope changes, resource constraints, timeline compression.
The problem wasn't a lack of project management tools. The problem was that nobody was pressure-testing the plan before committing to it. There was no solution designed for small and medium businesses that quantified the risks associated with an implementation before diving in head first.
