Background

Curt Moore is a Solutions Architect with extensive experience working across product, engineering, and implementation teams. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with teams to design, build, and implement new software - whether for piloting early-stage products or scaling enterprise solutions.

His work spans dozens of software launches and third-party implementations, giving him a front-row seat to one of the most persistent problems in business technology: the gap between what kick-off calls promise and what actually happens during implementation.

Why Incertive

After years of watching implementation plans shift as real-world uncertainties surfaced - vendor delays, scope changes, resource constraints, timeline compression - Curt recognized a consistent pattern. The tools existed to manage projects after they started. But nothing existed to pressure-test the plan before committing to it.

There wasn't a solution for project managers or program managers at small and medium businesses that quantified the risks associated with an implementation prior to diving in head first. Enterprise teams had risk analysts and Monte Carlo tools. Everyone else had spreadsheets and gut feeling.

Incertive was created to fill that gap. It brings decision intelligence and Monte Carlo simulation to the teams that need it most - the ones where every major decision carries real financial risk and there's no margin for expensive mistakes.
